There are two paperback editions: 1) The US publisher, TWELVE, and 2) the UK publisher, OLD STREET. Only the TWELVE paperback has the new material added March 2010 (the afterword, diagram and killers' journal scans). The Japanese translation will be out later in 2010.

2. Tell them that a store manager put a note in their online listing of the book letting them know I'd come in to do the inscriptions, and they should call me. I live nearby. Specify the COLFAX store (they have three).

3. What you want in the inscription (including your name or the name you want there).

4. Your credit card number and expiration date, name as it appears on the card, phone number, and shipping info.
